Location: Sydney (flexible working options available)

Our client is a small specialist data management consultancy based out of Sydney looking for a Change Analyst to join their Data Deployment Program.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement and evaluate change management strategies, plans and schedules in accordance with the Change Management Framework, while considering change initiative interdependencies
  • Assess impacts on stakeholders and their areas of resistance.
  • Develop change impact assessments and change management plans that align with the Change Management Framework
  • Prepare change sponsor(s) to lead the change effectively
  • Maintain an enterprise-wide view of programs and assist in planning for the management of changes affecting staff and/or participants, partners and other stakeholders
  • Identify, assess and report possible change risks or issues, as well as recommending treatment strategies
  • Align with the project management methodologies to meet deadlines and produce high quality outcomes that address business needs within a complex environment
  • Track and evaluate change management activities and propose recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Contribute to team task and direction setting, business planning and developing staff capability through coaching and mentoring
  • Develop productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to strengthening change management capability

Required:

  • Strong understanding of change management
  • Strong adult learning and development experience
  • Strong presentation (powerpoint) and communication skills
  • Experience in analytics and reporting desired
  • Demonstrated change management and project management experience, coupled with relevant qualifications
  • Demonstrated success delivering against key performance indicators and delivering results within agreed timeframes
  • Demonstrated success in building momentum for and delivery of change activity
  • Service delivery/disability sector experience
  • Experience in analytics and reporting
