Change Analyst, Start Up Bank, £55k + 15-20% Bonus + Matched Pension
An Exciting Start-Up Bank (Based in Shoreditch, 50% Remote) is looking for a Hybrid Change Analyst (Business Analyst / Project Manager / Operations Hybrid) to join the growing team.

Key Responsibilities
· Leading and supporting a diverse set of activities that build
the foundations of the bank e.g. the development of our onboarding framework,
developing our approach to testing, planning the fit-out of our new office, analysing
MI requirements and designing MI packs, etc.
· Gathering / documenting business requirements and thinking about how to present these in a way that makes them understood by all stakeholders.
· Leading and supporting project delivery using established change and project frameworks e.g. managing the implementation of our new risk system, or supporting the onboarding of a new lending partner.
· Writing operational policies / manuals etc
· Tailoring customer communications to deliver first class
customer experience.
· Design and participation in the testing of processes and systems
Key Experience
To qualify for this truly unique opportunity Change Analysts (Business Analyst / Project Managers) must possess:
· A 'Can Do' attitude, ambitious, proactive nature, passion for personal development and the personal drive to help Build a Bank!
· Experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager within a Change / Transformation team in Financial Services or Consulting (Ideally 3+ Years Minimum) / (Regulatory Experience is desirable)
· Unafraid to get their hands dirty on a Variety of Tasks and step out of their comfort zone
