Then, you have the attributes we seek for a key role within our Client Services team.

A client services manager in our eyes will play a key role in developing the client strategy for our growing business. It will be down to you to implement best practice and lead service reviews of all clients with a view to improving the performance and quality of the relationship. With a host of tools at your disposal including our partnership with Project Partners (our change and transformation consultancy) you will be able to win new clients, improve performance and drive upsell & cross sell opportunities across the business.
