We are working very closely with a leading national law firm who are looking for an experienced Corporate M&A Associate to join their growing team in Perth.

This is a fanatastic opportunty for an Australian qualified Lawyer or Commonwealth qualified lawyer looking for their next opportunity.

You will work across a broad range of Corporate matters from private and public M&A, Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Governance, Private Equity, Venture Capital Markets and Foregin Investment deals. You will also be given the opportunity to work on large scale cross-boarder transactions with high levels of client contact.

The successful candidate is likely to have:

· Admission as a Lawyer in Australia OR overseas qualified open to an AU move.

· 3+ PAE

· Experience or strong interest in PE, ECM, M&A, and corporate governance.

· Experience gained in a leading practice

· Strong academics
