This busy department attracts clients from around the globe and the firm offers support across a full range of corporate transactions. The associate they are looking to hire would be working in a collegiate team in which they would benefit from close knit partner contact as well as direct client contact, taking responsibility on exciting and challenging deals.
They have an interesting and innovative client base and the areas of Corporate they cover consist of:
- Public & Private M&A
- Private Equity
- Equity Capital Markets
- Joint Ventures
- Restructuring
- Reorganisations and,
- General Commercial Work
This would be an ideal role for an associate who enjoys high levels of responsibility and who is specialised in one of the above areas and/or would like to diversify their respective skill set.
The Requirements:
- 2-6PQE and will have post qualified general corporate experience gained within private practice.
- You will have strong academics with a minimum 2.1 (or equivalent) from a top university.
- The firm are well equipped to offer remote working.
