A leading US law firm are looking for a number of tax associates to join its busy corporate tax team. The team are interested in associates with corporate tax experience, ideally M&A and credit related work. The ideal candidate should have enjoyed a broad practice to date and for those more senior, tax incentive experience would be preferable.
Candidates should hold a UK qualification and have gained anywhere between 1 to 6 years of post-qualification experience.
