A leading Design and Manufacturing company in Los Angeles are hiring for a Customer Service Representative to handle complaints, process orders, and provide information about an organization's products and services. This is an onsite full-time, permanent role in Santa Fe Springs, CA paying a highly competitive rate with eligibility for overtime as well as access to health/dental/vision/life insurances, and a 401K.
The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- 2 years experience in Customer Service, Microsoft Excel required
- Perform documentation review
- Provide prompt, accurate and courtesy responses to customers in a timely manner
- Exceptional computer skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience within a Medical Device industry preferred
