Salary: Up to £56,210 p/a dependent on experience

Overview:

Will develop and maintain EDS Data Engagement processes including the EDS Work Reception application, project and change engagement as well as representing EDS at key stakeholder meetings eg: NWT's, change forums etc whilst liaising with key SMEs and stakeholders to ensure Data requirements and impacts are fully represented in all activity. Will play a pivotal role in informing and educating colleagues at all levels across the Bank in all things EDS and Data related. Sharing EDS's processes, key capabilities, ways of working and how EDS can help support business decision making capabilities and deliver value to our customers through data. Will be empowered to challenge the status quo and make a massive impact in delivering the Data Strategy for the Bank. What you'll be responsible for:

· Leading a varied change activity for EDS ensuring requirements, impacts and outputs are clearly considered and articulated.
· Work on initial analysis to get a business case progressing and allow impact assessment to be driven by clear understanding of requirements and scope.
· Developing and maintaining the EDS Data Engagement processes including the EDS Work Reception application.
· Producing technical and detailed impact assessments and associated analysis for requests that arrive into EDS.
· Collaborate with projects and change teams, as well as representing EDS at key stakeholder meetings eg: NWT's, change forums etc whilst liaising with key SMEs and stakeholders to ensure data requirements and impacts are fully represented in all activity.
· Championing and educating all functions across the Bank as to the EDS's processes, key capabilities and ways of working aligned to the Data Strategy and governance framework.
· As first point of engagement all things data related, develop and cultivate a "best in class" engagement experience and supporting processes.
· Be empowered to positively challenge requests and or requirements that arrive into EDS through the advocacy of the alignment to the Data Strategy.
· Help prioritise activity "pipeline" and resource allocation across EDS and ensuring these prioritise are aligned across EDS teams.
· Support and enable the efficient running and usage of the EDS Work Reception process, including comms, reporting and outputs to the EDS teams.
· Co-ordinate and support Change Board meetings, outputs and associated activities.
· Producing a high standard of output including, but not limited to scoping documents, requirements, risks and issues, benefits & impact assessments etc.
· Identifying, articulating, raising and working to mitigate risks in all activity.
· Managing a varied workload to achieve all key deadlines and communicating progress as appropriate.


What you'll bring:

· Requirements gathering leading to functional and technical specification documentation.
· Proven track record of working in a data driven environment, problem solving and delivering data solutions using latest technologies.
· Experience of data analysis and report generation.
· Project and Change Management including Development Life Cycle
· Stakeholder Management and Engagement
· Proven ability to meet deadlines while dealing with multiple tasks and building networks and relationships across functions.
· Reporting technologies:

3+ years of data related experience
