This will suit lawyers with a good general finance background, existing structured finance experience and exposure to derivatives. The departments work includes, securitised and OTC derivatives, hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions, structured repo and securities lending arrangements and repackagings. A strong academic background and a passion to join this leading practice is a must, ideally with 1-4 PQE (or equivalent experience). Qualified lawyers from a rated UK, Australian, New Zealand, Irish or Scottish practice.
