Job Summary
Seeking a customer-oriented Desktop Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support to end-users for desktop computers, software applications, and related technology. Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring uninterrupted operations. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in-person.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and upgrade software applications and drivers.
Support printers, copiers, scanners, and audio/video equipment.
Maintain hardware and software inventory.
Assist with user accounts and permissions.
