We are currently supporting hiring with a Biotechnology client based in Philadelphia, PA who are looking for an Entry Level Development Scientist to join the team!

This role is open to recent graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Experience working in a lab is highly preferred (could have been through an internship). They are also open to reviewing candidates who want to make the switch from Manufacturing to Process Development.

This is a FTE role with a salary range of $70-90k annually, depending on experience.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in a related scientific field
0-2 years of lab experience
Preferred exposure to ELISA, PCR, flow cytometry, or HPLC for cell therapy characterization

Nice to have:

Experience working/interning with an Oncology based therapeutic company utilizing CAR-T
