Manage project Document Control in accordance with project, GxP and HSE requirements, to ensure the delivery of documentation is on time and in accordance with quality commitments.
The Right Candidate:
Experience working on Pharmaceutical projects;
Knowledge of vendor documentation and workpackage handover requirements;
Self-starter who will work with limited supervision;
Ability to coordinate documentation within the project team and suppliers;
French and English Language.
Responsible to manage and co-ordinate document control to meet project requirements.
Maintain document registers for the project and expedite timely and accurate submittals and returns, highlighting problems along with proposed solutions;
Co-ordinate document control within the project team and all applicable suppliers;
Receive/check/distribute documents in accordance with project requirements
Assist project team to ensure accurate distribution of information,management of comments and approval cycle to ensure project deadlines are not impacted;
Provide training to all members of the project team and applicable suppliers to ensure project document control procedures and systems are understood and implemented;
Provide support to procurement in the management of vendor documents to ensure documents are provided to meet schedule requirements
Verify vendor documentation is provided in line with project vendor data requirements and manage the interface between vendors and engineering in relation to the overall vendor document review and approval process
Provide support to quality in the management of qualification documents;
Verify all operational and maintenance documentation is compiled and handed over to operations in line with project requirements;
Preparation of documentation performance metrics;
Carry out quality checks on documentation in accordance with project document management concept;
Resolve document issue queries.
