Job Description Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct moderately complex experiments and tests, including the development and execution of protocols. Analyze results, provide recommendations, and generate reports based on engineering principles
Develop work instructions, test methods, engineering drawings, prototypes, and other documentation to establish and characterize product and process specifications
Update sections of design control documents, such as requirement specifications and risk documents
Assign R&D support tasks, provide instructions to technicians for test execution, offer training and feedback to technicians, and coordinate their work
Identify, assess, manage, and offer guidance to suppliers, including establishing tolerances and defining acceptance criteria

Skills Required:

Proficiency in MS Office Suite; CAD experience is a plus.
Basic knowledge of statistical techniques.
Previous experience with lab/industrial equipment (if applicable).
Effective problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and critical thinking abilities.
Familiarity with processes and equipment relevant to the assigned work.
Capable of establishing productive internal and external working relationships.
Compliance with company rules and requirements, including pandemic protocols and Environmental Health & Safety regulations, to ensure personal and environmental safety.
