The preferred candidate will be either a Solicitor/Barrister with at least 5 years post qualification, have insolvency experience (mainly on the contentious side) and ideally some exposure to professional indemnity .
The day to day responsibilities will include:
- providing legal updates and specific trainings to enable best practice across the business functions.
- provide technical legal input to the a number of best practice developments
- contribute to a wide range of projects across the business, maintenance of relevant documentation as well as preparation of legal notes.
