The firm's Investment Management practice focuses on private investment fund formation as well as listed funds.

This includes;

-Advising on fundraisings for traditional closed-ended fund products,

-Restructuring of investment managers and investment advisers,

-Acquisition of fund management groups,

-Working with clients to navigate the various regulatory issues affecting investment management matters.

Requirements*

-Degree from a leading university

-Relevant experience as well as excellent academics

-Admitted or able to practise as a lawyer in a common law jurisdiction

-A broad range of experience and a keen interest in investment management and fund formation

-Proven ability to manage complex projects, including the coordination of lawyers in other disciplines and jurisdictions as well as junior lawyers and legal staff

-Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills
