Head of Financial Crime - FLOD

Hydrogen Group are exclusively searching for a (First Line) Head of Financial Crime for a retail bank in London. This is a newly created role created due to steady growth, defining roles within 3LOD.

Role highlights include:

Lead a FLOD team c. 3-4 FTE's
Establish / enhance relevant policies & procedures e.g. fraud and alert & systems mgmt, PEP, sanctions, various controls
Participate in Projects from a Fin Crime perspective
Identify and implement a new Financial Crime management system

To be considered, you will have:

Significant fraud experience/ be a fraud sme
Considerable FLOD experience
Preferably have worked in a retail bank or closely related environment to understand associated fraud and FLOD Financial Crime trends
Ideally have a relevant qualification e.g. ICA
