HR Solutions Designer - 100% Remote - £650-735 (Umbrella)
Our client is seeking a Solutions Designer with extensive experience in HR platform design and cloud migrations. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a complex financial services architectural environment and have a proven track record of successfully upgrading HR platforms, potentially from Core HR to Oracle or Workday. This individual will play a key role in developing a compelling business case for the upgrade, with the goal of securing funding for the implementation in the 2023 financial year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a new HR platform that is more streamlined and efficient, with the potential for integrating other HR-related applications.
- Develop and maintain an up-to-date solutions design document.
- Work closely with senior leaders and stakeholders to ensure a compelling business case is developed and presented.
- Lead the migration from the current cloud-based HR platform to a new one, with a focus on maintaining continuity and minimizing disruptions.
- Utilize expertise in cloud technology, specifically with Azure, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, and AWS.
- Experience working with complex integrations is required.
The successful candidate will have excellent customer-facing skills, as well as the ability to work with senior leaders and challenging stakeholders. Strong experience in HR platform design and cloud migrations is required, as well as a solid understanding of financial services architecture.
