Hydrogen Group is looking for two Service Desk Technicians to join one of our customers in North Denver for a permanent job opportunity.
Responsibilties:
- Process laptops and desktops per device lifecycle and documented procedures
- Build, change and close out user accounts
- Report order needs for workstation inventory and peripherals
- Setup and update warehouse computer software
- Technical support for operating system, drivers, software and basic connectivity
- Collect details before escalating critical and/or complex cases
- Printer and copier support
- Complete special projects and other duties as assigned
- Adhere to software licensing laws
- Perform duties to AS/ISO procedures and regulation standards/specifications
Requirements:
- 5 years in technical support role
- Hardware, driver and setup experience for laptops and desktops
- Windows 10/11 setup and support experience
- Active Directory user creation and support
- Skill using service management ticketing system
- Office 365 and Exchange Online mailbox support
- CompTIA A+ Certification preferred.
