ITSM Analyst - ITIL/ServiceNow - Financial Services - Edinburgh
Hydrogen's, Edinburgh based Client needs an ITSM Analyst to manage the provision of IT service through the analysis of Management Information and data, continuously and proactively seeking ways to improve service delivery in line with ITIL and CobiT disciplines, engaging with key stakeholders.

Desirable Skills

- Knowledge of any (or all) of the following Service Now, SPLUNK or Dynatrace
Responsibilities
- No Direct reports or budget responsibilities
- Working as part of a team of around 8 people
- Reporting to Team Manager
- Represent the team on various internal boards and forums, e.g. Governance Boards,
- Change Advisory Boards, Service Forums, Change, Problem & Incident Boards
