Junior Planner - Switzerland

Looking for a Junior Planner to join a dynamic and established project controls team with the opportunity to work as lead planner on several large-scale pharmaceutical projects. The ideal candidate will be experienced strong in all activities of project control, including a good understanding of cost engineering/controlling, project management and risk assessment. The client is looking for a confident and driven induvial who is happy to manage more junior planners and work alongside senior management and make a contribution to the wider team.

  • Lead planner for Construction Management Phase (Working with client team and subcontractors)
  • Current project: Large-Scale Biopharma Greenfield Facility Build (850 million CHF)

Expertise:

  • Relevant industry experience (Oil&Gas/Pharma/Chemical)
  • Oracle P6
  • Relevant experience building schedule, construction sequencing, L2/L3 baseline development
  • Ability to manage planning teams and coordinate with Construction management teams
  • 2-5 years + Relevant experience
  • Experienced at developing and presenting monthly reports and presenting to senior management
  • Experienced at risk management and reporting
  • Ability to challenge current measures and develop alternative courses of action
