Our client is a leading global bank and are searching for a lawyer with strong leveraged / acquisition finance experience to join their tight knit legal team.
The successful candidate will be in a legal execution role and sitting with the business, working on deals from beginning to close. The team predominantly focus on leveraged and acquisition finance transactions.This is a great role to move into if you would like to gain commercial exposure and proximity to the business, whilst working on high quality transactions.
Mandatory requirements:
- Qualified lawyer with 5-10 years' PQE* gained in a leading private practice firm or financial services institution
- Significant experience in leveraged finance and acquisition finance transactions, ideally acting as lead associate.
Desirable:
- Time spent as part of an in-house legal team, either during a client secondment or through a permanent position
*The PQE range stated is purely a guide. We will consider candidates that fall outside of this range if they can strongly demonstrate the required competencies.
