Looking for a skilled Market Risk Product Manager/Analyst + Developer with expertise in Investment Banking and experience in Lean-Agile delivery. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, full lifecycle management knowledge, and proficiency in tools such as Python, Tableau, Jira, and Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review customer needs and work with teams to generate solutions
- Define and drive product and team backlog items
- Prioritize and execute improvement work
- Manage deliverables, issues, and dependencies to ensure successful delivery
Requirements:
- Experience in Business and Functional Analysis in Investment Banking
- Knowledge of Market Risk domain, with FRTB knowledge being a plus
- Proven track record in delivery within the Risk domain
- Excellent communication abilities
- Tableau knowledge
- Certified Scrum Product Owner or equivalent from a recognized professional agile framework organization would be beneficial
- Must have experience with Value at Risk (VaR)
