Operations Manager - TPA Manager - Pension Specialist - London
My client, a pension specialist company, is looking for an experienced Third Party Administration Manager to join their growing operations team. The successful candidate will have recent pensions, insurance or reinsurance experience and a strong background in TPA management / operations management.
Responsibilities:
- Manage performance of third party administrators - SLAs / KPIs, delivery against initiatives.
- Deliver first-class member/policyholder service.
- Perform operational reviews and audits of processes and calculations.
- Compliance and complaints management.
- Coordinate and implement key strategic initiatives.
- Cost and budget management.
- Efficiency drives - continuous improvement initiatives.
- Client relationship management.
