Our Billion Pound Global Retail Giant is undergoing a huge digital transformation. As part of a large programme we are looking for a Delivery Manager/ Project Manager to manage projects within order fulfilment, improving and digitalising processes for the Fulfilment Management Solution. You will drive the preparation of current IT landscape for future FMS, by moving current information flows into new architectural patterns.

We are looking for an experience Delivery/ Project Manager within the Retail space, ideally having improved order management and fulfilment solutions. What's most important is that you have a good understanding in technology and are able to use architectural principles when working with delivery.

  • Create and track a plan to deliver the outcomes goals, including the technical implementation plan
  • Align multiple teams on common goals
  • Contribute with experience and know-how in moving into event driven architecture
  • Understand trade-offs in software delivery, using experience and influencing skills to drive consensus
  • Identify risks and dependencies. Develop agreed mitigation strategies.
  • Understand a technical architecture to be able to foresee the impact on dependencies, delivery quality/timelines and implementation plans|
  • A practitioner of agile and product thinking.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management skills
  • Self-starter
