Overview: Our retail company is seeking an experienced PMO Manager to oversee and drive the successful delivery of our transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management and experience working within the retail industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project management processes, methodologies, and tools to ensure successful project delivery
  • Establish and manage project governance framework, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures
  • Lead the planning and execution of transformation projects, including scope, budget, and timelines
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes
  • Establish and maintain project dashboards, metrics, and reporting to provide visibility into project status and progress
  • Identify and manage project risks and issues, ensuring timely resolution
  • Lead project post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders, including executive sponsors, vendors, and team members

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
  • Experience in the retail industry, with a deep understanding of the industry trends and challenges
  • Experience leading transformation projects, including change management and stakeholder engagement
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
  • Experience managing project budgets and resources
  • PMP or PRINCE2 certification preferred
