PMO Lead, PMO Analyst & PMO Support Roles
Hybrid working from home and onsite 2-3 days per week - West Midlands
Our retail client is looking for a number of PMO resources of varying levels. We are undergoing a huge business transformation which impacts all areas of the business from the digitalisation of applications for our customers through to the HR software that supports all of the workforce.
You'll be responsible for providing critical guidance and overview of the Strategic Project Portfolio at all levels of the Portfolio, offering insights and recommendations to ensure an ambitious but balanced delivery roadmap can be achieved. We're looking for someone who loves building relationships as you'll be leading conversations with a range of stakeholders within the wider Business functions.
This transformation team are fairly new and this is an opportunity to be involved with this change from the beginning. We have 3 roles we are looking to fill from an experienced PMO through to a PMO support resource. The ideal candidates need to have meticulous attention to detail and excellent engagement skills.
We are looking for:
1x PMO Lead - £45,000-£55,000pa
1x PMO Analyst - £35,000- £45,000pa
1x PMO Support - £25,000-£35,000pa
- Experience of collating, summarising and presenting information, with different purposes and for different audiences
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
- PMO skillset including governance packs, reports, raid log and budgets
