Our life and Pensions client is looking for a Process Analyst with excellent experience of process control and design within the finance change area of their business.
- Experience with process and control design
- Experience with business / operational readiness
- Oracle Financials experience
- Must have Lean Six Sigma Green Belt of equivalent
- Knowledge of financial reporting and controls
- Experience understanding and developing complex cross-functional processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to work independently as part of a small team - whilst taking strategic direction and input from Business Readiness lead and Senior Business analyst as required.
