Hydrogen are currently looking to recruit an Inventory Accounting Process Design Manager. The successful candidate will be working for a large pharmaceuticals company. The role is a hybrid role and the successful candidate would be expected to be onsite 2 to 3 days per month and the site is located in Luton. There could be some global travel involved in this role.

The role is a 12-month contract and is paying up to £550 per day outside IR35.

This role supports the Inventory Accounting Process Design Lead and Business Process Lead for a global manufacturing accounting project where the key objective is to improve and standardise the end-to-end manufacturing accounting processes, delivering more granular cost performance reporting and insights to enable better decision-making.

The Process Design Manager will provide accurate analysis and insights, supporting the Process Design Lead and Business Process Lead in designing and supporting the deployment of the company's Operations' new global functional global processes, standards and policies.

In addition the successful candidate will be getting significant exposure to other process areas (ensuring that we have a cohesive end-to-end solution). Driving what is right and not just what is easy, is a fundamental approach we are taking across all process areas.

Requirements to be successful

· Hold a recognised Accounting qualification - Fully Qualified

· Have recent experience of working on SAP finance transformation projects

· Have strong working knowledge with global manufacturing (Inventory accounting, cost accounting, operational costing etc…) - Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred if not then other FMCG will be considered.

· significant experience in this process area within a manufacturing context and have significant project experience, being comfortable preparing, and supporting the facilitation, execution and write up of workshops with multiple stakeholders to insightfully drive out requirements
