Process Optimisation Manager - OpEx - Investment Management

My client, a global investment management organisation are looking for a Process Optimisation Manager to join them on an initial six month contract. The role involves the delivery of leading-edge operational excellence, process optimisation and digital solutions, across various departments and products. They are looking for strong experience of process improvement, continuous improvement, lean / six sigma.

Role requirements:

· A strong understanding and experience of Operational Excellence/Process Optimisation tools, techniques and approaches and their application, such as Lean, Six Sigma

· Identifying, scoping and assessing improvement opportunities

· Writing user stories, test scenarios and script

· Identifying process improvements to design future state processes

· Presenting recommendations supported by a business case

· Leading teams to deliver process/ continuous improvement projects

· Agile / Scrum experience

· Using Visio or other process mapping tools

· Using data anaytics & visulisation tools

· Understanding of Digitisation, Automation and Orchestration technologies, and their application (desirable)

· Financial Services experience (preferably Investment / Asset Management)

Start date: ASAP

Duration: 6 month initial

Rate: £600-£700 p/d PAYE
