As part of the fast-growing Platform Product Owners team, you'll drive and be a shining example of Product excellence within the client. Reporting to the Platform Product Lead and supporting the other Platform Product Owners - you'll craft the future of the API platform - building world-class API services for internal and external customers. By taking the visions and goals of the Commercial and Technical teams - you'll give our teams the clarity to develop, adapt and innovate at speed - while maintaining our high standard of quality and agile practice.

You'll educate, advise and inspire the wider Digital team directly though contributions such as - but not limited to - writing for our Blog, presenting on technical topics and mentorship.




What will you be doing day-to-day?

  • Crafting the Platform product set for your team and implementing new capability from the gathering of requirements through to delivery.
  • Working with our business and technical teams to produce product roadmaps and communicate progress, risks and issues.
  • Analysing problems and business needs and writing user stories and supporting requirements that meet the teams' Definition of Ready.
  • Supporting the client agile practices.
  • Effectively influencing external partners to ensure initiatives in their domains are delivered to high quality, on time and within budgets.
  • Reporting progress and plans to the client leadership teams.
  • Helping to define non-functional requirements around resilience, performance etc.
  • Contributing content to our Engineering and Product community (internal and external) to foster a culture of learning, growing and innovation.

Your Skills and Experience




ESSENTIAL
