Program Director - Build & Run Projects - Australia

Organisation:

Hydrogen Group have partnered with a global leader in Identity & Security Technologies. We are on the lookout for a Program Director for the APAC Region who will be responsible for the solution, delivery and maintenance of programs for regional customers.

Key Skills:

· Program Director / Manager or Regional Head with 15+ years' experience delivering complex projects

· Regional Management, experience managing teams across different regions

· Strong Project Management background

· Identification or Security industry experience would be considered a distinct advantage

· Managed multiple maintenance projects concurrently and lead a team of SDMs, support engineer, etc

· Solid understanding of full development life cycle and agile

· Experience in managing team budget and project financials.

· Experience in managing muilti-million-dollar programs

· Ability to act as a liaison between business and IT teams

· Excellent oral and written communication

· Ability to work autonomously and to adapt to new environments quickly
