Project Analyst / Coordinator
PLEASE NOTE - THIS ROLE REQUIRES YOU TO BE BASED IN MELBOURNE AND HAVE FULL WORKING RIGHTS
Rate: $650-750, including super
Duration: 10 months initially
Start: ASAP
Location: Melbourne (remote working - occasional visit to office)
Client:
Our client is an established Australian tech business, based in Melbourne.
Role:
Working within an existing project team, and the wider business, the Project Analyst/Coordinator will work closely with the Program, Project and Change Managers, wider team members and vendors providing efficient project administrative and coordination support to help ensure the program meets its goals in 2023.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Coordination and support for program
- Manage Risk Register
- Coordinate executive pack development
- Update SharePoint as required
- Attend program meetings and document minutes as required
- Liaise with the Finance team to process any required journals or accruals
- Produce monthly financial forecasting as required
- Support the business with the procurement, finance and recruitment back-office support
- Coordination of activities for program sign off meetings
- Work in an Agile fashion with project team members and stakeholders
Your experience
- Relevant tertiary, technical qualifications or experience
- 5 years' experience in a Project co-ordination or similar role
- Demonstrated administrative background in a fast-paced program / project environment
- Proficient in the use of MS office, SharePoint, Teams, Confluence and Jira
- Superior attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience meeting hard deadlines
- Agile delivery experience
- Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and autonomously
