Extremely exciting and growing pharmaceutical company based in San Diego, CA urgently require a Project Coordinator/Administer to support cross function project teams in the company. This role can be performed remotely, with a strong preference for candidates based in Southern California/based near San Diego, CA.
This role is a 40 hour per week w2 contract assignment. We predict this role will last 3-6 months, and could potentially end up as an FTE (although mindset coming in needs to be a shorter duration). You would be eligible for health, dental, vision and life insurances as well as a 401k vehicle via the w2.
We are seeking the following experience:
1-3 years of project administration/coordination or related experience in pharma, biotech or medical device industry - mandatory (needs understanding of R&D or drug development works)
Proven experience in schedule and resource planning, vendor management, project risk assessment etc.
Proven experience in tracking project objectives, work plans, timelines, providing formal and informal status updates to stakeholders as required using Smartsheet or other project planning software solution.
Bachelor's degree in business, a life sciences discipline, or related field preferred.
Prepare and document meeting minutes.
