Our large Pharmaceutical client is looking for a Recruitment Partner to be responsible for developing, implementing, and delivering Talent Acquisition strategies to identify and fill vacancies with talented individuals. The role will involve proactively anticipating talent needs, developing and executing sourcing plans, conducting direct sourcing activity, screening, interviewing, pre-selecting, offer management, and managing the hiring administration process.
Requirements:
- Must have end to end recruitment experience
- Expert in multi-channel targeted recruitment marketing campaigns and identifying and securing passive candidates via various 'direct' channels
- Proven experience Implementing change programmes
- Strong stakeholder management to C-suite level
- Strong offer management and an onboarding expert
Desirable:
- Educated to Degree Level
- Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Biotechnology industry
- Global recruitment experience
