Our client is a leading bank looking to hire an experience regulatory lawyer to join their highly regarded team.
The successful candidate will have a broad focus and work closely with various teams across the business. You will be supporting and advising on regulatory matters in relation to the development and launch of a range of regulated products and services across the retail bank. Key areas of coverage will include Brexit strategy, payments, insurance, consumer credit and data protection. This role is ideal for someone looking to move in-house to an organisation with an established brand, offering cutting edge work and variety.
- Qualified lawyer with 3+ years PQE gained at a leading law firm or in-house financial services institution.
- Strong experience with advising on retail banking financial regulations and experience with CCA, PSD2 or Brexit related regulatory projects.
- In-house experience gained through a secondment or permanent position is desirable but not a pre-requisite.
