The ideal candidate will have trained at a City Law Firm and have experience in landowners and private estates work. Commercial & Residential experience would be seen as an advantage.

The role will be of a level which would normally be suitable for individuals with 1+ years post qualification experience, however if necessary competencies can be demonstrated by candidates from outside of this they may be considered. Whilst London experience is advantageous, the law firm is open to applicants coming from property practices in the regions but must be UK Qualified Lawyers.

There will be an opportunity to work with associates and partners from across the Rural practice with a focus on rural estates, involving agriculture, commercial and residential work.

Responsibilities include; acting for banks, sale and purchase of agricultural and rural residential property as well as landlord and tenant, plus mineral leases, solar farm leases and development agreements.
