Senior Automation Engineer

For their site in Visp they are currently looking for several EI&C/Automation engineers (m/f/d). In this job, you will ensure the economic and reliable operation of the plant(s) or partial plant(s) assigned to you and coordinate the professional execution of maintenance work as well as qualification activities in compliance with valid GMP guidelines.
Key responsibilities:
Planning and realization of automation projects, within the available budget (maintenance, conversions and investments) and timelines
Collaboration on risk analyses, operational tests and revamps
Preparation and coordination of maintenance work with the involvement of internal and external partners to ensure maximum plant availability
Continuous optimization of equipment, maintenance processes and internal procedures
Ensuring, updating and checking the current plant documentation in SAP/COMOS
GMP-compliant change management using the systems provided
Key requirements:
Completed studies as engineer (ETH, FH, HF, BSc., MSc.) in the field of electrical, automation or systems engineering or similar or technician with several years of relevant experience
Several years of professional experience in operation, maintenance and new construction of plants in a GMP-regulated area of the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Ideally knowledge in GMP, COMOS (Plant Engineering Software), DeltaV (Process Control System), MES (Manufacturing Execution System Syncade), SAP
Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
Strong team player and very good communication style
English (fluent in written and spoken); German is advantageous
