Rate: $1000 - $1100 per day, including super
Duration: 6 months (view to extend)

Location: Sydney (hybrid)


Client:

Our client is an established, global insurance organisation looking for an experienced Senior Change Manager to join their team.

Role:

The role provides a great opportunity to lead a non-traditional regulatory program of work.


Responsibilities:

  • Build tailored change strategies and plans for complex business change
  • Develop clear project plans, and track and report activities, risks and issues
  • Anticipate potential changes in stakeholder needs and expectations
  • Develop meaningful relationships and networks with key stakeholders to enhance knowledge sharing
  • Partnership with the group functions to drive accountability in delivering transformational changes.

Your experience:

  • Previous experience managing change for complex regulatory programs
  • Experience and working knowledge of the financial services/insurance industry would be advantageous.
  • Experience in liaising effectively and working collaboratively with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving, innovative thinking and drive to succeed.
  • Resilient, self-driven & emotionally intelligent.
