Our retail client is looking for a Senior CRM Manager who will be responsible for development and delivery of CRM initiatives, delivering prioritised outcomes across CRM project, Marketing Campaign Management , leading the reimplementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Technical experience managing CRM/ERP implementations - ideally (SFMC)
- Delivery of campaign automation tools and processes to enable streamlined complex campaigns and customer journeys
- Experience and understanding of complex email, push and SMS campaigns - working with email service providers and data delivery teams
- Technical skills for email best practice includes; HTML intermediate, ESP (SFMC) platform advanced
