We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our Customer Data Science Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a growth area of our business, applying your skills to various projects across Marketing, CRM, Personalisation, and Customer Analytics.

Your experience in successfully delivering complex Data Science and Machine Learning projects, along with your ability to apply these techniques in Marketing, Personalisation, and Customer Analytics, will be invaluable. You will have strong stakeholder management skills and be comfortable mentoring and developing more junior colleagues.

Proficiency with SQL and R is a must, and experience with Python and Spark would be advantageous. You will be able to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

As a key member of the Customer Data Science team, you will play a central role in driving forward the business's ambitions around Personalisation and Customer Excellence. You will be responsible for building Machine Learning and Predictive Modelling applications to solve complex customer-related business problems, while also engaging with stakeholders to translate business problems and requirements into a program of Analytics and Data Science.
