Provides technical direction on projects to department or project participants. Plans, coordinates and completes large-scale or several medium or small, complex or long term project(s) within budgetary and scheduling guidelines. Maintains thorough knowledge of new developments and/or technology pertaining to the project(s). Monitors and recommends changes for improvement. Position usually requires experience and an advanced degree, or the equivalent and in-depth knowledge in area of speciality.
Responsibilities: Conducts thorough and complex operational analysis with client(s) and leads medium to large projects and project teams that support key business unit initiatives. Reviews and approves findings to be presented to senior management and project managers, conducts statistical analysis, and coordinates with other business units regarding initiatives. Experienced training professional with a high degree of initiative and independence to design, develop, implement and manage a comprehensive and effective learning activity that demonstrates results and addresses the business need. Works independently to design interactive and engaging training products utilizing various systems and tools. Works closely with training leadership to gain approval on resources and commitment necessary to sustain a successful training program. Analyzes, designs, develops and implements appropriate learning products using various media (classroom, e-learning or blended). Ensures sound design and integrity of learning product by following ADDIE instructional design principles. Following these same principles, develops an assessment instrument and report that demonstrates and evaluates the effectiveness of the learning product.
Bachelor's degree in related field of study (Education, Human Resources, Instructional Technology, IM). Certification in ADDIE instructional design principles. Six Sigma Yellow Belt
