Senior Support Engineer - Digital Retail - Australia
Rate: $800- $850 per day
Duration: 6 months (view to extend)
The Support Engineer will provide technical level 2 support for our client's digital retail division and will work closely with Enterprise Services and service delivery teams to ensure the highest level of systems reliability and availability.
· Support Engineer with 5+ years' experience within Enterprise clients
· Proficiency in the deployment, migration, management and operation on AWS
· Extensive experience providing Tier 1, Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support
· Excellent stakeholder management and customer service qualities - experience in effectively dealing with customers during problem resolution and operating under pressure
· Experience with Continuous Deployment software (Amazon CodePipeline, BuildKite, GoCD)
· Knowledge of common API, web and application architectures and development methodologies.
· Desirable experienced in agile, lean, DevOps, and other best practice.
· Excellent in identifying and troubleshooting problems
