I'm currently looking to recruit a ServiceNow administrator /Technical consultant. This role will be an inside IR35 position and will be paying up to £500 per day. The role will be for an initial 6 months and will be remotely based until lockdown restrictions have been eased at that point you would be expected to return to the office in Edinburgh.

Key Responsibilities

BAU Support activity

· Incident, problem and change management for ServiceNow related work

· Request management and fulfilment from team mailbox

Administration services

· Day-to-day administration and requests

· Includes Moves, Adds, Changes, and Deletes

· Will likely involve changes to configuration and coding e.g. scripting

Enhancement services

· Analysis, assessment and delivery of enhancement requests

· Will likely involve changes to configuration and coding e.g. scripting

Upgrade Testing

· Assist with product upgrade testing and bugfix configuration as required
