Solutions Owner

A leading global biotech focused on pioneering revolutionary Gene/RNA technology is seeking an experienced Solution Owner for LIMS/ELN. With huge ambition to introduce several top-tier novel therapies into the market, this organisation is looking at a rapid evolution from RnD focussed biotech, to worldwide pharmaceutical organisation.

As part of the bioinformatics division you will play a pivotal role in advancing the digital transformation of the scientific departments.

This role requires 2-3 days on site in Tübingen, Germany - full relocation assistance is available.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & ensure seamless integration with internal systems.
Assess process modifications and plan necessary adaptations for efficient lab operations.
Oversee and uphold the designated applications to satisfy business prerequisites.
Implement upgrades to enhance operational efficacy and business workflows.
Handle advanced support and coordinate with vendor support.
Convert business needs into feasible requirements.
Lead operational and project-specific support tasks.

Key Qualifications:

Degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics.
Adeptness in data and IT.
Familiarity with coding (Java, C++, etc.) and system integration techniques.
Detail-oriented with strong planning, organizational, and communication competencies.
Prior experience in the Life Science and/or Biotechnology sectors.
Agile approach to tasks, with adaptability to dynamic environments and a service-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in formal (agile) project and service management tools.
