Rate: £350 outside IR35

My large pharmaceutical client is looking for a Talent Scout to actively search and source executive director level and above candidates via internal and external sourcing across the finance enabling unit globally. The successful candidate will be required to have a high level of internal and external succession planning, executive searching, and pipeline.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an internal Executive Recruiter/Talent Scout or Head-Hunter/Senior Researcher/Consultant
- (within Finance, preferred)
- Strong stakeholder management to c-suite level
- Ability to travel up to 20% (post-COVID restrictions) for on-campus business meetings and external conferences
