The Transformation Change Management role will be responsible for establishing and continually improving change management methodology, based on leading practices and industry standards, as well as training relevant stakeholders on the methodology. This role will be part of the newly formed Enterprise PMO, which sits within the Transformation function. From here you will be designing change management strategies across the Strategic Portfolio, with the aim to drive high adoption of exciting. new Transformations such as Digital. You will advise on complex change management implementation issues across the portfolio of programmes, ensuring that the programmes and projects follow best practice to achieve and sustain intended business outcomes, and bring our teams and customers on our change journeys.







Key Accountabilities

  • Responsible for the creation and delivery of the Strategic Portfolio change management plan
  • Responsible for identifying the change impact of projects and programmes in conjunction with the valid programme/project teams
  • Lead the Strategic Portfolio change management plan, identifying impact and success
  • Work in conjunction with the Internal Comms team on the creation and delivery of corporate communications
  • Work in conjunction with the Central Operations Directors and Strategy Implementation Team on the creation and delivery of In-Pub communications (as relevant)
  • Support with the creation and delivery of communications for the wider Transformation Team
  • Assessment of stakeholder groups to support effective change plans
  • Establish change management methodology and embedding change management capabilities within the Transformation Team and plan required to deliver the project outputs

  • Digitally savvy with a solid understanding of how to maximise the use of digital content
  • Strong partnership and stakeholder management abilities
  • Ability to deal with conflicting agendas and changing priorities
  • Excellent relationship building skills and a strong sense of team
  • The ability to deal with ambiguity and lead change calmly and pragmatically
  • Excellent organisational skills and a solution focused approach
  • Ability to think critically, communicate at all levels and actively listen
  • Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering change management strategies for large scale transformations
  • Demonstrated experience creating and delivering training programmes to diverse groups of stakeholders
  • Considerable experience managing change initiatives for large complex transformations with demonstrable successful outcomes
  • An experienced communicator with exemplary writing skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt messaging according to the audience.
  • Accredited change management professional, with extensive knowledge on tools and practice i.e. ACMP, OCM or equivalent
  • Knowledge and experience of large digital transformations impacting both teams and customers
