Our client is a global giant in the mobile and casual gaming space, and is looking to bring on a Unity Engineering manager in Austin to lead a team that is building a next-gen Software Development Kit for use to build games that have multi-millions of cross platform downloads

Location - North Austin, Hybrid - 1 day a week (Wednesday) in office

Duties

  • 50% - Hands-on technical guidance and technical leadership using Unity3D/C#/.NET
  • Leadership, mentorship and guidance of a small team of direct-reports
  • Stakeholder relationship management, reporting KPIs and collaborating with leaders from QA/Product/Engineering

Requirements

  • Expert-level development skills with Unity/C# and .NET
  • Prior management or team lead experience
  • Casual gaming development experience would be a plus.
