Job Description

A household name telecoms and internet services provider who have won multiple awards for their connectivity and customer satisfaction are looking to appoint an experienced city trained lawyer to assist on Commercial, Marketing and Digital legal matters.

 

The role will work closely with a close knit team and provide senior stakeholders and various department heads advice on a broad range of technical legal matters. You will be required to negotiate a variety of marketing, agency, sponsorship and digital product contracts, assessing data protection and privacy risks and deal with IP rights including copyright and trademarks.

 

To be considered for the role you will ideally have 4+ years’ experience in a broad range of general commercial matters gained a top tier city firm. Ideal candidates will have experience dealing with telecoms and/or technology clients and have had some exposure to consumer focused GDPR issues, app development and software products.

 

The legal department is held in high regard within the business and you will have great exposure to senior members of the business on a day to day basis.
