My client is going through a large cloud migration and needs the help of a very Technical Analyst to help them thoroughly understand the use of their existing components on their core platform and an understanding of how their wider suite of digital applications are consuming those components. Within this role you will help to build usage profiles which can then be compared to the offerings that are either available or will be available on the cloud.


This role will require an exceptional eye for detail and the level of analysis is to a greater depth than typically performed by their cloud services team,  as this will need to go deeper into each component level and will see you work closely with engineers in Feature Teams, digital applications, architecture and other areas. 

In this role you will:

Help bridge the gap and support input into their component review and information flow from digital applications. 

Support execution of the application reviews that Architecture team have appetite but not the capacity for with an aim to target the right questions into the application teams, minimising time wastage and ambiguity where possible.


Initially the work would cover areas like CI Pipeline Tooling and Artifcatory, understanding the platform's Grafana/Kibana’s set-ups for them to be able to do a wholesale migration for the applications.


Required Skills 

§ Proven experience in Analysis and requirements

§ Previous experience of supporting the migration of applications to the cloud.

§ Must have Experience in Devops/Cloud (Paas/tooling migrations)

§ Strong understanding of the CI/CD process

§ Experience in Jenkins would be an added advantage
