Customer Appeals - Financial Services - London


A Financial Services company is looking for two candidates to work in Customer Appeal roles where they will be dealing with customers who are not satisfied with the outcome of their claim.


The ideal candidate;

  • A general broad knowledge of financial services, CeMAP and/ or CeFA/ FPC qualified or equivalent exams)
  • Excellent knowledge in either Investments and/or Pensions OR Home Finance (particularly mis-sold mortgage)
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - can communicate complex information.
